A sprinkle of my counseling degree mixed with my previous career as a nanny made me realize, it truly does “take a village.” Buying and selling real estate is no different. Whether you admit it or not, it is an emotional investment as much as a financial investment. Your home is your sanctuary, where you begin your day, and where you shed it off. I want to make sure my clients feel all the background stress is covered. Paperwork, cleaning, staging, which renovations are needed vs a waste of time, and a million more detailed components- I got you!

Real estate is the biggest blessing that came into my life. I was only 22 when I purchased my first home. I LOVED the process, the negotiations, looking at properties, learning about inspections and how to negotiate repairs. I asked my agent if she was hiring LOL. (that’s not how that works) I finally took her advice and enrolled in school. My appreciation for her has increased immensely, now that I know how much work went into getting me that house! I have been a realtor since 2017. In my first year, I sold $4,000,000. My colleagues seemed impressed, however I was hard on myself. The following year, I sold $4,000,000 again, this time in only the first quarter! Since 2017, I have now sold over $40,000,000. I learn something new with every transaction and every client has unique needs. I love my job!
